Has ministered with ministries, such as, Billy Graham, Benny Hinn, Morris

Cerrullo, Marcus Lamb, Luis Palau, Promise Keeper, PTL Club, and many more.

Also, has influenced musical ministries, such as, Marcos Witt, Rene Gonzales, and

many more.

Vicente has ministered in many parts of the world: Europe, Central and South

America, The United States, Mexico, Canada and the Caribbean, in music and

message, conferences, and concerts, to the glory of God.

Vicente took part in the formation of the musical group, “The Latinos”, in 1966,

with David Velasquez, and his brothers, Mike and Eddie Velasquez. They recorded

11 albums in various styles, ballads, mariachi, Spanish and English.

His Television Ministries, included Club PTL (Para Todo Latino) which reached, all

but three, of all Latin American countries, with the potential audience of 40

million viewers, Vicente Co-hosted the Program, with Elmer Bueno, as the Host.

Vicente was also part of the Television Family, made up of, Hermano Pablo, Lee

Bueno, Jose Luis Rodriquez, Manny Arroyo and his Orchestra, and others. Vicente

produced programing in the US, for TBN-Enlace, a Christian Television Network,

with an audience of millions. Also, ministered with “Family Christian Network” TV,

in Costa Rica.

Vicente was Founder and President, of CSN, Christian Spanish Network.

Vicente wrote the book “No Es Question De Dinero”, a new understanding of

honoring God, with what belongs to God, published by Caribe Betania (Thomas

Nelson).

While in prayer, God recently gave him a song, as a result of his burden for

America, titled “Restore America”.
